Our Studio Policies ǀ Lashes Austin, TX

Dolce Blu is an eyelash studio in Austin, TX specializing in all things lashes. Our services include lash extensions and lifts as well as microblading for your eyebrows. To help make your eyelash experience as luxurious and smooth as possible, here are some of our studio's policies:

• We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you can fill out any needed forms. If you arrive late to your appointment, it will cut into your studio time and we cannot guarantee that you will have time to get the lashes of your dreams.
• Please do not wear any eye makeup when you come for your appointment. Also, refrain from using oil-based products for 24 hours before your appointment.
• If you wear contact lenses, it's probably a good idea to bring a contact case so you can remove your contacts for your comfort.
• When you schedule your appointment, we will ask for a credit card number. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee charged to your credit card.
• If you have lashes from another studio, we may or may not be able to fill them, depending on the quality of your current lashes. Either way, we are always happy to remove the other lashes and start fresh.
