What makes Dolce Blu a unique place to work: It’s the vibe! We have lots of fun all together! When I come into the studio I don’t think of it as work, I think I’m going to have a great day with friends making people feel beautiful!!

Who am I? I’m just your average guy that’s addicted to highlighter, lashes & lipgloss! Born & raised in Corpus Christie, Texas I started my journey of wanting more than just the simple small city life. After I came out with my boyfriend as gay I left home to pursue my new life, being just myself, no more hiding. I started socializing more, making new friends & eventually sparked an interest in makeup! With this new passion I was able to work as a MUA for Sephora for 2 years! From there I became interested in all forms of cosmetics, & of course started wearing lash extensions! I am ADDICTED!!! I love being social w/ everyone & cosmetics so of course I took a job where I get to talk to talk to all my clients about the things I love most!

I am born and raised here in the GREAT land of ATX! I attended McCallum High School as well as my dad, sisters, nieces and my own son! I was in the medical field for about 17 years when I was hit with a blessing in disguise and had the opportunity to attend beauty school at Central Texas Beauty College... which brings me to this very rewarding career!

Hi, my name is Paloma (no I don’t have a nickname). I grew up in both Texas and Washington state. I am the youngest of 4. I think I’m great at everything, but I am still humble about it. I have my Associates from ACC and a certified Aesthetician from Avenue Five. I am obsessed w/ skin care and skin care products. Having sensitive skin helps me understand and communicate better with people who are having unmanageable skin issues. Skin is your largest organ and you’re unique so it’s important to educate and treat your according to its type. I started lashing in 2013 at Avenue Five and realized it could be a fast enough environment for me to be entertained. I love lashing and its made me meet friends and great coworkers. It’s nice to have a team that’s positive and works as a community.

Hello, friends! My name is Saima and I was born and raised here in Austin, TX! I like bike rides, succulents, and rainy days. I have a husband that makes me laugh with endless jokes, a daughter that makes me proud with her intelligence, and a son- he makes me melt with the amount of sweetness and cuddles he can hold in his tiny body. We have a little pup named Bowie, and a super chill kitty named Floyd... So, I’d say we’re pretty picture perfect. I love music [pets names for reference ;) ] and above most, cooking! With good jams and good ingredients, the possibilities are endless!

I am a licensed Esthetician and Certified in Lash Extensions (twice) and Microblading. I think my favorite thing about lashes and brows is that they CAN be perfect. I am definitely a perfectionist when it comes to my work and the end result. I strive to deliver my best and never stop improving on my skills. The most satisfying thing for me is being able to make someone feel more beautiful in their own skin.

Hey guys, I’m Brooke! Originally an East Coast gal, I moved to ATX with my hubby almost 4 years ago. We decided that a change of scenery would be nice from the hustle and bustle of Washington, DC. I bet you’re thinking, umm... Austin is pretty hustle bustle, but trust me when I say it’s a slower pace of life for us. This past year I finished my Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture from The Art Institute, and I am now running a small E-Design Business, and Lifestyle Blog from home. On top of all that I am pursuing my Masters degree from SCAD University Online- what’s life without a little challenge right? So I bet you’re wondering what landed me here at Dolce Blu?! I am so glad you asked..., about 6 months ago I started getting my lashes done here at the studio, and just kinda fell In love with not only the lash stylists work and creativity, but the energy and good vibes this place has! Since my Interior Design business was just getting started, and trying to brand myself, build a website and network as much as possible I thought what better opportunity to meet new people and bide my time while still learning how-to run and create my own business. A couple of days and an interview later I was part of the Dolce Blu Crew! It has been rewarding and so much fun to be part of this team, and I have truly made life-long friends with the people I work with at the studio.

I am originally from California and grew up in Long Beach. I’ve spent 12 years in Texas now and I wouldn’t go back. Two years ago, I earned my cosmetology license from Central Texas Beauty College & jumped right into lashes! When I am not lashing, I spend my days with my husband and take dance classes. I also spend time singing in a 90’s cover band in Austin!

I have always been drawn to the arts, and found a career I love as a lash stylist.  It feels great to be a part of helping women feel better about themselves, and I love the challenges that the industry brings. In my time outside of work, I love being with my boyfriend Zack, his daughter Sailor, and our two dogs.
